She was once married to the actor Shamoon Abbasi, but got separated in April 2010. She started her career in modeling at an early age of 14. She has worked in many drama serials and entered in films through Shoaib Mansoor’s Bol in 2011. She has also recently won London Film Festival award for best actress. She has been offered to work in Bollywood too and she has accepted the offer reportedly. She wants to represent Pakistan internationally showcasing the country’s entertainment talent.
